Had a rewarding and blissful career in Nestle Nigeria, Central and West Africa, with 31 years of experience mainly in the Generating Demand side of the business i.e. Brand Management and Marketing Services (10years), Sales Operations Management (11years), Operations Improvement & Project Management (2years), and General Business Management & Head of Business Unit (8years).
He retired in August 2012 as the Head of Business and CEO for Nestle Waters Nigeria (A business he managed from inception to breakeven and very profitable level.
He is a respected captain of Industry, serving on the board of many companies: Chairman of Flourish Securities Investment and Trust Ltd and also Chairman of Muyifolu Trading Company Ltd.
A man with international experience, training and well travelled.
A respected Consultant on Marketing and Sales Management, Marketing Event Planning and Execution, Water Resources Management and Preservation, Water Education for Community of users, and Speaker in many International Marketing and Sales Seminars in Nigeria, Africa, Middle East, Europe and America. A fellow of the Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and many other professional bodies in Nigeria.

Enjoyed a successful career in business before returning to academia to research and write about historical practices in the exploitation of natural resources. A Professor of Industrial and Organizational Pschology, an erudite scholar, teacher and leadership development expert.
He is a distinguished Nigerian academic whose primary focus is on industrialization and its impact on people and practices. His work on organizational behavior is particularly valuable to StarBright's undertakings trans-nationally. His reputation, memberships and affiliations speaks to his broad knowledge and experience.
His works, lectures and publications contains important recommendations that address key elements currently influencing Nigeria's commercial infrastructures.
Prof Fagbohungbe is widely travelled, a gifted presenter and a tireless worker in the cause of bringing new ideas and understandings to the Nigerian workplace.
He continues to research and write on a range of socio-economic issues that affect the present and future directions of tendered workspaces and organizational models.

Mr. Damilola O. Olu-Ayeni

Dammy brings extensive experience from the financial services industry having worked with bulge bracket investment banks like Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities. He also brings valuable international banking experience from his work in emerging markets where he provided merger advice and raised capital
for top-tier corporations and governments. Some of his clients have included Wal-Mart, Dean Foods, AutoZone and the Lagos State Government.
After spending some time on Wall Street, he transitioned to Standard Bank’s investment banking division in
Lagos, Nigeria and in Johannesburg, South Africa. At Standard Bank, he played a key role in the establishment of the Bank’s Debt Capital Markets franchise in Nigeria. Throughout his career, he has been involved in group strategy, business development, new product innovation, project management and client retention activities. In all, he has been involved with transactions aggregating $7 billion in value.
He has received numerous awards for academic excellence, community service, and distinction in banking. He is a member of the prestigious International Who’s Who Historical Society of Professionals. He currently serves as an Owen Ambassador, and a Career Peer Coach. Right now, he works with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the investment banking division as a full-time associate. He is based in New York.
